BUSINESS MANAGER

Festival, Council, Primary School, Library, Pre-School, Regional, and Private Event Bookings

​This role can be performed all online from the flexibility and comfort of your own home. We are a fun and dynamic team with a positive and powerful message for the world about rare native animals through interactive art. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for worthwhile world change.

The role requires the following skills:

• strong administrative experience in emailing, database management, online calendars and rosters
• personable and friendly telephone conversation skills to promote and explain our products and packages
• excellent attention to detail as will oversee all logistical aspects of DunnART bookings
• clear and comprehensive communication skills to cohesively communicate booking details to our whole team, clients, and collaborating companies
• efficient at following processes in high paced environment to ensure a high standard of consistency within deadlines
• effective people management skills
• comprehensive client approaches to encourage bookings and ensure subsequent bookings​
